What it is
Tuo Luo is delay, drag, the thing that will not resolve. Where its pair acts too quickly, this one does not act at all — it circles. The classical image is a spinning top: real energy, going nowhere, and difficult to stop from outside.
Both stars flank Wealth Store in the fixed arrangement, which is the tradition's way of saying that whatever you accumulate comes with these two attached. Something guarded is also something you can be slow to let go of.
How it actually shows up
It shows up as the unfinished thing. Not the abandoned project — the one still technically alive, revisited every few months, never quite closed. People with a strong Spindle carry several of these and can describe each one in detail.
It also shows up as endurance, and this is the half that gets missed. The same refusal to let go is what gets someone through a long illness, a slow degree, a business that took six years to work. Persistence and stuckness are the same trait pointed at different things.
What tests it
Anything that requires a clean break. This star will negotiate, postpone, and find one more angle rather than end something, and the cost is usually paid in time rather than in a single visible loss.
The other test is old grievances. The Spindle holds on to those too, and a resentment turned over for years develops a smoothness that makes it feel like a conclusion rather than a habit.
