What it adds
Tian Xing reduces easy warmth and replaces it with seriousness. Classically it is associated with law, medicine, military service, and religious orders — occupations where being liked is not the job.
It shows up as a person who is difficult to charm and hard to lobby. They apply the same rule to themselves that they apply to everyone else, which is exactly what makes the rule survivable.
The cost is that people find them unapproachable long before they have done anything unapproachable. That gap between how they are read and what they are actually like tends to be the story of their twenties.
