Decides fast, then actually delivers. The hardest-edged of the wealth stars.
What it is
Wu Qu is the wealth star of action — 正财, money that arrives because someone did the work. The classics file it under both martial and financial affairs, which sounds like two things until you notice they share a quality: decide, commit, deliver.
It is short on hesitation and short on words. Where 巨门 argues a position, 武曲 has already moved.
How it actually shows up
A General decides fast and then executes without renegotiating. This is the rarest of the fourteen in practice, because most people can do one half or the other.
Directness is the signature. Bluntness that reads as rudeness to others is, from the inside, simply the shortest path to the point — and the classics do note the reputation: 寡宿, the solitary one, a person more respected than accompanied.
What tests it
Softness. Wu Qu is not equipped for a situation that needs to be handled rather than solved, and relationships are full of those.
The other test is a 化忌 on this star, which the tradition treats seriously — decisiveness turning into force, and money matters turning sharp. Paired with 贪狼 it warms up considerably; paired with 七杀 or 破军 it hardens further.
