What it is
Qi Sha is force and independence — the general in the field, out of contact with the capital, deciding. The classics group it with 破军 and 贪狼 as the 杀破狼 configuration, the trio that makes a life move in jumps rather than increments.
It is not aggression for its own sake. It is unwillingness to wait.
How it actually shows up
Warriors would rather go alone than go slow, and they usually have the track record to justify it. Decisions land hard and early; the deliberating happens afterwards, if at all.
There is often a visible dividing line in the life — a before and after, taken deliberately, that other people describe as brave and the Warrior describes as obvious.
What tests it
Anything requiring patience with people who are slower. This star burns through collaborators, and the classics note the solitude that follows.
The traditional caution is 七杀 meeting 化忌 or heavy malefics: force with no brake. The counterweight the texts recommend is 紫微 — authority that gives the Warrior something to be in service of, which turns raw drive into command.
